For air compressors in humid working environments, switching operation is beneficial for removing moisture from the lubricating oil; If the air compressor is shut down for a long time (such as one month), it will cause the adhesive particles on the oil filter element or oil and gas separator filter element to dry up, block the filter holes of the oil filter element or oil and gas separator filter element fibers, and shorten the service life of the filter element; The upper part of the air compressor rotor is not soaked in lubricating oil, and prolonged shutdown causes this part of the rotor to rust due to contact with humid air; Long term shutdown can also cause oil and dirt accumulation in the air compressor pipeline or main engine, forcing the air compressor to undergo maintenance.
